Howard Stidwill, Ph.D., is an author, speaker and director of exercise therapy programs for cancer patients for the past 15 years. He is founder and President of InnerStrength Rehabilitation Services for Cancer Patients Inc. and author of Exercise Therapy and the Cancer Patient and the I-CAN-ACT Exercise Book for Recovering Breast Cancer Patients. A member of the National Cancer Survivors Day Speakers bureau, Howard has delivered workshops and presentations at numerous hospitals and organizations including the American Cancer Society and Y-Me.Howard delivers a proactive message of the psychological and physical benefits of prescriptive and medically based exercise specific to cancers across the cancer spectrum.
